KIEV, Aug. 3 – Energy Company of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zinevych said that he doubts there will be a successful privatization of state stakes in 14 regional electricity supply companies in 2009, which were transferred to the statutory capital of the holding.

"Considering problems with funding and not the best situation on the market, I'm skeptical about the privatization of such a large number of controlling stakes in regional electricity supply companies," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
