KIEV, July 26 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko said Sunday she doesn’t expect a second wave of financial crisis to hit Ukraine, adding the economy has been gradually recovering from a major contraction in the first quarter.

Tymoshenko reacted to a warning from the National Bank of Ukraine two weeks ago suggesting that the second wave of the crisis will target banks and measures must be taken to contain it.
