KIEV, July 15 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko’s lawmakers called for another emergency session of Parliament on Thursday after two previous such sessions had collapsed due to opposition from the Regions Party.

At least 151 lawmakers signed the petition needed to schedule the session - the third such attempt over the past seven days - underscoring Tymoshenko’s desperate efforts to restart Parliament.
