KIEV, July 15 - Ukraine believes that the refusal of Russia to discuss the delimitation of the Kerch Strait is not in line with bilateral agreements between Ukraine and Russia or the norms of the international law, the Foreign Ministry stated.

An official statement by the ministry reads that the official representatives of Russia are refusing to discuss the delimitation of the Kerch Strait with Ukraine, which violates the Ukrainian-Russian agreement on the Ukrainian-Russian border of January 28, 2003.
