KIEV, June 3 - Donetsk-based Altcom financial and industrial group plans to build a $400 million glass plant in Donetsk region that would use the float production method, said the group's deputy director general, Mykhailo Kovalev.

He said that at present, a list of required technical equipment for the production of 23 million square meters of high quality float glass per year is being drawn up, and talks with U.S. companies on equipment supplies are being conducted.
