KIEV, June 1 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and opposition Regions Party leader Viktor Yanukovych on Sunday reached a secret agreement allowing them to effectively split control over Ukraine for decades, a newspaper reported Monday.
The agreement, whose existence both have pledged to deny publicly, is part of a broader deal aimed at creating the joint coalition, Ukrayinska Pravda reported citing people familiar with the talks.
