KIEV, May 19 – A comparison of budget revenues with expenditures has shown that the 2009 budget's revenues will only fund wages, pensions and utility payments, former Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk said in an interview with the Dzerkalo Tyzhnya newspaper.

"There is no money for the rest. Even the solution found with the International Monetary Fund is unable to help – UAH12 billion to cover the deficit using the next tranche. Apart from settlement of the deficit, another UAH 31 billion is necessary to service the loans," Pynzenyk said.
