KIEV, April 22 – President Viktor Yushchenko on Wednesday attacked the natural gas agreement signed by Ukraine and Russia in January for generating risks to stability of energy stability, and urged its revision.

The agreement, which ended almost three-week gas supply disruptions from Russia to the European Union via Ukraine, left open the potential for resuming the standoff, Yushchenko said.
