KIEV, April 17 – The crisis in Ukrainian industry is losing severity, and the industrial sector may have reached the bottom of the recession, according to Valeriy Lytvytsky, the head of the group of advisors to the NBU governor.
"The severity of the downturn in industry and construction has decreased, but the decline is still high. Only local signs of the end of the slump have been seen. If they develop in Q2, one could say that the level of the bottom [of the recession] has been reached," he told Interfax-Ukraine.
