KIEV, April 14 – The Ukrainian government's inflation forecast could be reached and surpassed in May or June, if the monthly pace of growth in the consumer price index does not fall considerably, an expert has warned.

"It would be good if annual inflation was within the 16.4% figure given by the World Bank for Ukraine. In Q1, consumer price growth was seen in all 12 groups of goods and services," economist Andriy Revenko said in an article in the Dzerkalo Tyzhnya weekly newspaper.
