KIEV, April 6 – Ukraine's official macroeconomic forecasts should be revised to introduce more realistic evaluation of the prospects to business, Ukrainian taxpayers and the international community during the financial crisis, according to Deputy Economy Minister Valeriy Muntiyan.
"Business and our citizens who maintain the government with the help of their taxes should know the truth. I support a review of the forecast... There are no grounds for GDP being 0.4% now," he said during a roundtable at Interfax-Ukraine on April 3.
