KIEV, Feb. 4 – Ukraine, which just settled its 16-year territorial dispute with Romania through the UN’s highest court, may do the same to settle a similar dispute with Russia, a Ukrainian diplomat said Wednesday.

Ukraine and Russia are at a deadlock over the border in the Kerch Strait, which links the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov, following a brief clash between the two countries in October 2003.
