KIEV, Dec. 26 – Parliament's decision to dismiss her as State Property Fund head is illegal and contradicts the Constitution, Fund Chairman Valentyna Semeniuk-Samsonenko said.

"The Verkhovna Rada received an illegal and anti-constitutional submission on the dismissal of the SPF head, as it was signed by the prime minister and in which the prime minister exceeds the powers stipulated in Article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Ukrainian law on the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine," reads her statement, which was posted by the fund's press service on Friday.
