KIEV, Dec. 25 – The Cabinet of Ministers has commissioned the Ministry of Industrial Policy to increase the statutory capital levels of the Kharkiv and Kiev aircraft factories by issuing cheap state loans from budget funds.

Some 60% of the UAH100 million assigned for this purpose will be included into the statutory capital of the Kharkiv state aircraft manufacturing company (KSAMC), 40% into the statutory capital of the Kiev state aviation plant (KSAP) Aviant.
