KIEV, Dec. 17 - Vanco Prykerchenska Ltd. (British Virginia Islands) has confirmed its readiness to invest $80 million in the first stage of development of the Prykerchenska oil and gas field on the Black Sea shelf.

In return, Vanco Prykerchenska expects from the Ukrainian government the fulfillment of clauses of a PSA agreement.
