KIEV, Dec. 12 – Five-year loan extensions, a transfer to payments under annuity schemes and provision of grace periods are the key ways for the restructuring of borrowers' debts which were discussed by Prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko and the leadership of the National Bank of Ukraine with bankers in Kiev on Thursday.
"A combination of all three options is possible," Borys Tymonkin, the board chairman of Ukrsotsbank, told the press on the discussion.
