KIEV, Dec. 11 – Kharkiv-based UkrSibbank expects that its largest shareholder - BNP Paribas S.A – will provide support to the bank, according to the bank's board chairman, Oleksandr Adarych.

"Shareholders are ready to support the bank if it is necessary. There are several ways. A first one is to increase the [bank's] statutory capital, a second one is to raise a subordinated loan. The second option is more dynamic, it can be organized quickly," he said at a press conference devoted to a transfer of the office of the Kiev regional department to the Podolsky District in Kiev on Wednesday.
