KIEV, Dec. 4 – Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, at a press conference Thursday, refused to take questions about her talks with the opposition Regions Party over creation of a coalition that would challenge President Viktor Yushchenko.

Tymoshenko, who was visiting the Chernivtsi region to inspect the construction of the Dnistrovska hydro power plant, told reporters that she would only take questions on the plant.
