KIEV, Nov. 18 –The commissioning of new buildings in 2010 in Ukraine may fall to a minimum if anti-crisis measures in the construction sector are not adopted today, according to the director general of Vinnytsia-based Podillia Concern, Tymofiy Hyrenko.
He said that now constructors are concentrating on the completion of objects, while the most work on designing and site preparation are frozen due to a lack of funds.
