MOSCOW, Nov 14 - Russia will quit the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) Treaty if Ukraine and Georgia join NATO, Interfax reported on Friday citing a high-ranking military-diplomatic source in Moscow.
"If Ukraine and Georgia are provided with the Membership Action Plan (MAP), the destiny of the adapted CFE Treaty will be predetermined. If MAP for Ukraine and Georgia is fulfilled, Russia will not only end moratorium on fulfilling the treaty but will leave it," the source said.
