KIEV, Nov. 11 - Ukraine plans to strengthen its marine and anti-aircraft forces in Crimea amid speculation that Russia has been seeking to undermine stability in the mostly Russian ethnic region, a news agency reported.

Defense Minister Yuri Yekhanurov said reinforcements will be sent to increase combat capability of troops there following the military conflict between Russian and Georgia in August.
