KIEV, Sept. 12 - Ukraine’s second-largest oil refinery, Linos, owned by Russian oil major TNK-BP, said Friday it needs to invest $80 million to upgrade equipment to be able to produce gasoline and diesel fuel meeting the Euro-4 standard.
“To reach European [quality] specifications, we need about two years and between $70 million to $80 million,” Sergey Lizunov, the president of TNK-BP’s Ukrainian subsidiary, said in a statement.
