KIEV, Sept. 11 – Sales of new passenger cars in Ukraine in August grew only by 1.3% year-over-year, and fell by 11.4% compared to June 2008, when around 60,000 cars were sold, the Auto-Consulting information and analytical group reported.
The group said that by the fall, the car market was in the state of stagnation, while in spring it saw a phenomenal pace of growth of around 80%.
