KIEV, Sept. 10 – Almost half of Ukrainians believe that Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko must resign if her government fails to curb the mounting inflation that has been topping their list of concerns, an opinion poll found.

But 17% of respondents – a surprisingly strong figure - said Tymoshenko must stay in power no matter what happens, underscoring the core of Tymoshenko’s voter support base, the poll unveiled.
