KIEV, Aug. 22 – Lviv region's economic court has denied a bankruptcy action against Zhydachiv pulp and paper mill and the launch of the liquidation procedure at the company, Information Judicial Systems reports.

As the court said in an official response to Zhydachiv mill's request, it did not consider case No. 1/430-19/9 under which, according to a report in the press, the mill was declared bankrupt and its liquidation procedure was launched.
