KIEV, Aug. 19 – Kiev's economic court has received an action against Sandora Ltd and its subsidiary Mykolaiv juice factory to meet a claim filed by Odessa baby food cannery.

The claim was accepted for consideration on Aug. 14, the cannery said in a press release.

The cannery asks the court to bar Sandora Ltd. and Mykolaiv juice factory from using certificates of Ukraine for packaging that looks similar to the earlier registered trademark belonging to the Odessa company.
