KIEV, Aug. 19 – The State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market within a month will check Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region), registrar Informsystema, custodian ING Bank Ukraine and depositary Interregional Stock Union to probe the lawfulness of their keeping of the registry of Ukrtatnafta's stocks.

Under Commission decision No. 897 dated Aug. 11, while the checks that will last until Oct. 12 are underway, clearing operations and the conclusion of agreements on the purchase and sale of Ukrtatnafta's stocks have been suspended.
