KIEV, Aug. 13 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny has offered to buy a disputed 18.3% stake in Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk oil refinery), after the stocks were returned to the issuer (Ukrtatnafta) under a court ruling, First Deputy Justice Minister Yevhen Korniychuk told reporters in Kiev on Tuesday.

"At the request of the Justice Ministry, Naftogaz Ukrayiny, which is one of the stockholders [in Ukrtatnafta], has offered the issuer to buy the [disputed] stocks," he said.
