KIEV, Aug. 5 - Alfa-Bank Ukraine announced it placed $250 million of 12% three-year senior unsecured eurobonds on Aug. 4.

The bonds mature in August 2011 and have an investor put option which may be exercised in August 2009.

The eurobonds will be issued under Alfa-Bank Ukraine's $2-billion Loan Participation Note issuance program via Ukraine Issuance Plc, a UK-based special purpose company created specifically for the purpose of offering notes under the program.
