KIEV, Aug. 1 - A joint venture led by Vanco Energy, an independent U.S. oil company, said Friday it will not suspend its lawsuit against Ukraine until the government starts real consultations to settle its license dispute.
The statement from Vanco Prykerchenska comes two days after Yevhen Korniychuk, the first deputy justice minister who has been authorized by the government to hold the talks, said suspending the lawsuit was the only condition for the consultations to start.
