KIEV, July 25 – The presence of foreign capital in the Ukrainian banking system has exceeded a safe level, according to Association of Ukrainian Banks President Oleksandr Suhoniako.

"The volume of foreign capital in the banking system's capital has grown to 40.5%. I think that the level is too high. The problems that we faced this year are 80% or even 90% linked with the fact that the level of the foreign capital presence is high," he said.
