DUSHANBE, June 12 – Ukraine is to supply a new turbine worth $2.4 million to the Nurekskaya hydro power plant in Tajikistan, Barki Tochik (Energy of Tajikistan) Spokesman Nozir Yedgori told Interfax.

The turbine, with a generating capacity of 330 megawatts, would be supplied to Dushanbe airport on June 15 by a Ruslan aircraft. The turbine's weight is 65 tons.
