KIEV, June 11 – Ukraine's finance ministry has a good chance of placing Eurobonds by the end of the summer, according to former finance minister and managing director of Morgan Stanley International Bank in Ukraine, Ihor Mitiukov.

"The finance ministry has started preparing for [the placement of eurobonds], and by the end of August holidays, it has good chances to partially realize its plans, which are stipulated in the 2008 budget," Mitiukov told Interfax-Ukraine.
