KIEV, May 30 – MONEYVAL, a subcommittee of the European Committee on Crime Problems of the Council of Europe (CDPC), is to conduct a third round of assessment of Ukraine from Sept. 21 to Oct. 1, the State Committee for Financial Monitoring reported.

MONEYVAL's executive secretary has informed the Ukrainian state committee of the postponement of the third round of assessment from May 24 to June 3, 2008 to the fall of 2008. The decision was made due to internal plans for MONEYVAL's activities and is an exception, as the existing practice does not foresee a postponement of scheduled and agreed visits of experts.
