UZHHOROD, July 30 – A peace agreement between Ukrainian and Tatar stockholders in UkrTatNafta (the Kremenchuk oil refinery in Poltava region) should be comprehensive and cover all disputed issues in addition to the 18% stake under dispute, according to Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boiko.

"It was incorrect to focus the activities of the working group on the issue of the 18% stake. There are other problems," he said at a press conference in Uzhhorod in Zakarpattia region.
