BRUSSELS, Dec 4 – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has said the United States is determined to spend "every cent" from the $61 billion approved by the Congress for Ukraine.

"We're determined, and it's fully my intent and the President's intent, to spend every cent that we have available from the $61 billion authorized by the Congress in a supplemental appropriation," he told a press conference in Brussels on Wednesday.
