KYIV, Nov 28 – Flights in Ukraine may resume before the end of hostilities, but everything will depend on how the situation on the battlefield develops, Deputy Finance Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Kava has said on Thursday.

"It [resumption of air service] is possible before the end of hostilities, but it will depend on how the situation on the battlefield develops. The key issue here is passenger safety [...] no one wants to take risks. Dialogue is underway, but unfortunately we cannot expect quick solutions yet, because the main thing is to ensure safety," he said at the Infrastructure Day organized by the European Business Association (EBA).
