KYIV, Aug 29 – Ukraine power grid operator Ukrenergo may be able to avoid major complications with severe humanitarian consequences in the power sector during the upcoming winter, Ukrenergo chairman of the board Volodymyr Kudrytsky in an interview with the BBC.
"We have a huge amount of experience, no one else has it. Therefore, I am sure that we will not allow a catastrophe. We are much better prepared for the winter of 2024-2025 in terms of the Ukrenergo transport network than in 2022-2023," he said.
