KYIV, Aug 5 – President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has instructed diplomats to work within the Ukraine-NATO Council on creating a coalition with neighbor states to help Ukraine shoot down Russian missiles over the territory of Ukraine.

"We have started to work on a technical opportunity of using combat aircraft of our neighbors against [Russian] missiles launched towards our neighbors to strike Ukraine. Primarily, the Alliance member states," he told a press conference on the occasion of Ukrainian Air Force Day on August 4.
