KYIV, April 16 – Vegetable prices in Ukraine have leveled off and will no longer be as high as they were in 2022-2023. Fluctuations within the range of 10-15% are acceptable, according to Taras Vysotsky, the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food, during a national telethon broadcast.
He reminded that in 2022, due to the full-scale invasion, vegetable production significantly decreased in Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, historically major producers of both open-field and greenhouse vegetables.
