KYIV, Oct 28 – Prices for apartments in new buildings in Ukraine grow in October in almost all regions, most of all in Zakarpattia, Lviv and Chernivtsi regions, but slightly decrease in Kyiv city and the region, according to statistics from the LUN real estate portal.

"The shelling of Ukraine does not add confidence to investors, which negatively affects the number of transactions, but prices are higher compared to February in October in almost all areas," the portal said in the press release.
