KYIV, Sept 29 – The President of Kyivstar, the leading Ukrainian mobile operator, expects zero growth or a slight decline in business activities by the end of the current year.

"According to the top plan, I hope that we will return to a slight growth of 3-4% as an industry (in 2023)," he said at the EBA Global Outlook autumn meeting of the European Business Association.

He specified that the company has developed several options for the development of the situation: basic, negative and more positive. The president of Kyivstar explained that it was not about the timing of the end of the war, but about the liberation of the occupied territories, and added that he was counting on a certain continuation of the de-occupation.
