KYIV, Sept 15 – The deficit of the state budget of Ukraine, according to the draft approved by the government on September 13, is estimated at about $38 billion, and the main sources of its financing are planned to be the United States – $18 billion, the IMF and the EU – up to $12 billion each, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said.
"About $38 billion is the budget deficit next year, which we will raise from our international partners and through war bonds. These are two sources, in addition to tax revenues, which we see next year," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
