KYIV, Sept 13 – The International Monetary Fund’s Board of Directors on Monday opened an opportunity for Ukraine to receive another $1.4 billion under the Rapid Financing Instrument (RFI), Alternate Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund Vladyslav Rashkovan said.

"I'm sure we'll get them, not to tell you the dates, but within a month, less than a month," he said at a discussion organized by the Centre for Economic Strategy on Tuesday.
