KYIV, Sept 12 – Ukraine expects to receive the first state-of-the-art German Iris air defense system in autumn 2022, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said.

"This autumn we expect to receive the first ultra-modern German Iris air defense system. I also could not help but mention the latest initiative, the so-called Leopard Plan, which appeared in the German space, and stressed the importance of supplying tanks of this type from Germany. We do not see any obstacles for this," Kuleba said at a press conference with German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock in Kyiv on Saturday.
