KYIV, Sept 7 – Ukraine is counting on the UK's assistance in matters of security guarantees and reconstruction, Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK Vadym Prystaiko said.
"Indeed, the president discussed [with British Prime Minister Liz Truss] all issues of both support now and what will happen to Ukraine after we win. And here two issues are most important, and in this we are counting on Britain's help: what the security guarantees are, in what form they can be provided, and secondly, how we can recover as a state, as a people, as a civilization. I hope these two issues will be on the agenda next year," Prystaiko said at a briefing at the Ukraine Media Center in Lviv on Wednesday.
