KYIV, Aug 12 – Ukraine's cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the prospects for implementing a new arrangement were discussed with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink by the Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Kyrylo Shevchenko, and his deputies Serhiy Nikolaychuk and Yuriy Helety.
"The National Bank is actively working to attract funding from international partners. Now we are communicating with the International Monetary Fund on a new arrangement for Ukraine and we look forward to its approval," the governor of the central bank was quoted in a Facebook post by the NBU.
