KYIV, Aug 4 – Ukrainian developers are considering a possibility of building dual-use facilities as bomb shelters in new housing projects, as well as arranging underground parking as shelters in finished houses.
"In our finished projects, basements, underground parking lots, etc. can be used as temporary shelters. We are considering the possibility of building new projects with dual-use facilities that will be located in the basement," Iryna Mikhaliova, marketing director of the construction company Alliance Novobud, told Interfax-Ukraine.
