KYIV, Aug 3 – President Volodymyr Zelensky said Ukraine's goal after the unblocking of seaports is the continuity and regularity of agricultural exports.
"Today, the first vessel with Ukrainian grain arrived in Bosphorus, passing through a special corridor in the Black Sea, which was agreed to unblock our ports. Our goal now is to have regularity. So that when one vessel leaves the port, there will be other ships – and those that are being loaded and those that are on their way to the port. Continuity, regularity is a necessary principle for all consumers of our agricultural products," Zelensky said in a video statement on August 2.
The head of state once again noted the importance of restoring Ukrainian agricultural exports. "This year's exports are needed so that our farmers and agricultural companies have sufficient resources for sowing next year. This is a food security issue for our country," he said.
