KYIV, Aug 2 – Due to improved expectations, Ukrainian companies plan to increase production and increase employment in the next three months, but its assessment of the financial and economic situation and government policy has deteriorated somewhat.

These are the results of the third monthly survey of the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER) July 4-14.

"In the context of reducing the level of uncertainty [medium- and short-term outlook], enterprises' output expectations are improving," the IER said in a press release on Thursday.
